GODANCE™ is a registered company in South Africa. We are a movement wellness company that focuses on improving holistic wellness using dance. We offer Movement Workshops and Wellness Programmes open to all fitness and dance levels. MOVEMENT WORKSHOPS: • We provide a comfortable space for people to understand and explore their natural movements through movement instruction and dance choreography. • Each workshop has its own theme, which allows for freedom of expression. MOVEMENT WELLNESS PROGRAMME: • Moving Thru Dance (MTD) is a specialised Movement Programme that has been developed using research in Dance and Psychology. • This is a seven-session programme which guides each person to explore their wellness using different aspects of dance. The broader vision for GODANCE is to get the world dancing again, one step at a time.
