Godwin Consult is a property development and investment vehicle, with a primary focus on the provision of residential and mixed-use opportunities in Ireland. We have a particular current focus on addressing the ongoing housing issues in Ireland, as the state and industry continue to fall short of housing delivery targets. Private and public housing procurement does not meet legacy and current demand and we are active in aggressively addressing same. Our core competencies are sourcing and the financing of key sites and opportunities for the delivery of housing and ancillary mixed-use commercial accommodation in areas of strong demographic demand. Godwin Consult comprises a team of experienced property professionals and investors, and we leverage our collective experience to find and devise value-laden opportunities.
