Goesting in Leiderschap organizes transformative leadership retreats. We help the leaders of today and tomorrow to stand strong in their leadership and create more impact for a better world. By focusing on diversity among our participants and actively harnessing the power of the group, we shape a new kind of leadership. Leaders who want to make a difference for others through self-leadership and a deep belief in the power of connection. We bring together leaders from various sectors and age groups. This includes leaders who manage large teams, leaders who speak to large audiences, as well as thought leaders in their niche, founders of organizations, and professionals with great leadership potential. Additionally, this wealth of diversity is already embedded in our organization with experts and entrepreneurs from business, education, and mental care. During our retreats, the power of the group is fully utilized. Our participants provide each other with feedback, support, inspiration, and push each other to new heights. We guide our participants trough this transformation with an extended version of the Appreciative Inquiry model, the Tree of Life and breath work.
