GOETEC Consortium champions digital transformation in Higher and Further Education through collaborative strategic partnerships. GOETEC is a well-established, non-profit partnership comprised of the IT and Digital Services departments at Canterbury Christ Church University, University of Greenwich, University of Kent, East Kent Colleges Group, MidKent College and North Kent College, as well as KPSN, their network provider. The Consortium is hosted at the University of Kent and works closely with Kent County Council, Kent Connects, Jisc and UCISA.
GOETEC's key areas of work include maintaining and improving network connectivity and resilience, representing the interests of its member organisations within the sector, sharing best practice amongst the professional community, facilitating development opportunities and offering a full programme of member forums, knowledge exchange workshops, training and an annual conference.
