(And experience has shown us that, inside every time-challenged, de-motivated, confrontation-shy employee, there’s an efficient, organised, confident person just desperate to get out.)
We're a pretty motivated bunch. Innovative, energetic and practical in equal measure as far as are clients are concerned. A fine mix, we think (he said immodestly). We've spent enough time at various coal faces to know that innovation is only useful if it can be practically applied and energy is all blur and no substance if it's just based on action and not accomplishment.
So amongst all this, we tend to get really close to our clients. We like people. We like our participants.
