Go for the Gap Racing was born from personal experiences with top level eSports teams and we discovered an element missing that left some drivers feeling overlooked and under appreciated. The simple common human element that teams run by multidisciplinary digital experience agencies and other organisations sorely lack - where there is a disconnect between the team owner and the drivers. Where by the owners and agencies don't understand the eSports world in which they operate. We understand the appeal of racing for a big name. It can be a step into the larger eSports world or even the team's real world counterpart. However many find this to not be the case and are required to sign strict contracts requiring them to meet certain obligations for nothing in return other than the "kudos" of association. We believe the appeal of racing for Go for the Gap Racing is we can offer a team environment where everyone is welcomed and rewarded for their efforts. Where by the team owners are esport racers with many years of experience. Where drivers aren't required to meet unrealistic demands. An opportunity to develop and grow with the team and become better drivers and better versions of themselves. Where by the drivers are rewarded for their efforts with gifts, discounts and experiences. By having this approach to the team we pride ourselves on being the most diverse team in eSports.
