Drie peilers
1. GoFysio werkt evicence-based
GoFysio baseert zijn therapie daar waar mogelijk op gedegen wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Onderzoek toont steeds meer aan dat functionele, belastbaarheid-verhogende training effectief is bij mensen die zich beperkt voelen in hun dagelijks leven door hun aandoening of klachten. Ons belangrijkste product is functionele, belastbaarheidverhogende training die zich richt op de specifieke problemen van de patiënt.
2. GoFysio werkt transparant
GoFysio verricht metingen vooraf, gedurende en aan het einde van de therapie om vooruitgang of eventuele stagnatie zowel objectief als subjectief te registreren. De duur van de therapie wordt daar waar mogelijk vooraf bepaald. De te verwachten effecten worden vooraf en gedurende de behandeling met de patiënt besproken.
3. GoFysio werkt pro-actief
GoFysio houdt zich, naast herstel van functie en de behandeling van gezondheids-problemen, bezig met preventie om recidieven van gezondheidsproblemen te voorkomen. Dit doen we door met de patiënt te bespreken welk gedrag in zijn/haar dagelijks leven een bevorderende of inhiberende invloed heeft.
