Gogar Services is proud to announce we have been awarded by theUK Ministry of Defence, recognising our ongoing commitment to the Armed Forces community.
The ERS Gold Award, presented under the Armed Forces Covenant, is the highest level of recognition given by the MoD to employers who go above and beyond in supporting the MOD, it’s veterans, reservists, cadets, and their families.
This honour reflects the steps Gogar has taken over a number of years to build a forces friendly environment. This includes offering flexible paid leave for reservists, creating structured support for veterans transitioning into civilian careers, and advocating for Armed Forces throughout the wider UK.
Gogar is actively involved with local military charities, cadet units and community support groups, helping ensure our commitment extends beyond the company.
