Golden Elm was founded by a seasoned operator backed by successful investors to acquire an entrepreneur or family-owned business in the Chicagoland area and own and operate it for the long-term. Our goal is to find a business owner seeking an exit that will not only generate liquidity for his/her family, but will provide a smooth leadership transition for the business and ensure continuity for employees and customers. Post-close, our founder will dedicate 100% of his time to running the business as CEO, with a focus on long-term sustainable growth.
