The firm focuses on structuring, advising, and co-investing in landmark projects in a proactive and long-term partnership with its clients, in bending towards its company motto. In various forms of mezzanine or equity type of instruments, the Goldensand management team and its private group of investors, is able to commit to co-invest its own capital in generated deals to align its interests with those of its clients, acting in both capacities of investment advisor/manager and local partner/investor. Since inception, the Goldensand Group of companies, have generated, assessed the risk, DD, valued or executed, more than 500 transactions of different types, sizes, sectors, capital development stages and financial structures, either in the form of investment, merger or takeover, brokering, advisory service role, or leading a capital raising deal or a private placement sponsorship.
