At Golden Thread Saffron we’ve taken only the finest stigmas from the best Saffron flowers that grow in the heartland of Saffron in Iran. Our Saffron comes from family owned farms that have been growing the priceless flower for generations. Based in the Khorāsān region of Iran, the Crocus Sativus (also known as the Saffron Flower) grows freely and untamed in its natural environment. That’s where we come in, using our close relationship with many of the locals farmers in the area, and their expertise based on hundreds of years worth of knowledge cultivating this precious spice. We conduct thorough quality control and are able to purchase only the finest and most flavoursome saffron to be served from our farms to your plates.
