Goldsource Mines Inc. (now Mako Mining Corp)

Goldsource Mines Inc. was acquired by Mako Mining Corp in July 2024. Mako Mining Corp. is a publicly listed gold mining company. Mako operates the high-grade San Albino gold mine in Nicaragua, which ranks as one of the highest-grade open pit gold mines globally, and offers district-scale exploration potential. Mako also holds a 100% interest in the PEA-stage Eagle Mountain Project in Guyana, South America. Eagle Mountain, brought into the portfolio with the acquisition of Goldsource Mines Inc in 2024, offers a unique combination of resource scale and tangible opportunities for development scalability via the presence of significant soft-rock saprolite and shallow mineralization.
