Golf Strong offers a range of online golf fitness classes to help you get fit for golf and stay injury-free. Peter O Keeffe, Golf Ireland International Golfer, explains and demonstrates in each class how our physical limitations can be hampering how you swing the club can potentially cause injury.
Golf Strong’s golf fitness classes integrate bodyweight exercises, core strengthening work, posture exercises, high-intensity circuits and rotation training among other training styles to make these classes golf-specific.
Classes are on a monthly membership basis, with an easy opt-out and all you need is a space to exercise, some light weights, a resistance band and a golf club.
