A side hustle from Michael Duranko and Marty Glass, Golf-Toons started as 'Bar-Talk', golf buddies sitting with cold beverages after yet another disappointing round of golf and talking about what we should do. Then during Masters weekend, we purchased a domain, set up Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, MailChimp, as Patrick Reed fended off the field to win his first Masters. After a few more sessions, and a chicken dinner, we decided to launch before the US Open, sometime in May 2018. And here we are.
We have BIG BIG plans for Golf-Toons, from books and calendars to golf club head covers, towels and tees to a Saturday morning cartoon or perhaps a feature-length movie to be released on Netflix. We may be getting ahead of ourselves, but we really are excited about this project.
Our goal is to amuse as many people as possible. Thank you for helping us to share the laughs as we look at this game we love.
