Jari Rasinkangas, the founder of GolfArk, began his career in golf in late 1970's. Jari's broad experience provides a solid foundation for golf course design. Golf course architecture and construction became Jari's interest in late 1980's with American golf architect Ronald Fream, the founder of Golfplan. Their first co-design was the Oulu Golf Course, in Finland, the northernmost 36 holes in the world.
