Unlike most trolley and dispenser suppliers, customer service is our top priority and regular system maintenance of our units and dispensers is built into our pricing. We don’t just sell units; we provide an ongoing, hands-on service to ensure they run seamlessly and efficiently for your members and customers with minimal upkeep required on your side.
Every installation is maintained regularly to operate smoothly, eliminating any downtime that might disrupt the business and inconvenience your customers. Every 10 weeks, our technicians visit every installation for a full on-site diagnostic service and tune-up. Dispensers and trolleys are checked, and elements that are damaged are either repaired or replaced there and then. We do whatever it takes to ensure that the trolleys and dispensing units are always available and in tip-top shape for your customers.
