As one of the first tech support agents for Limo Anywhere in 2012, I quickly advanced to the lead tech support position where I trained new agents, assisted clients with complex issues, and even trained companies on how to effectively setup and utilize the system. Through my work, I developed the DriverAnywhere Network software that allowed users to effortlessly grow their farm-out business by pulling pricing from GroundLink and utilizing pricing tools to enhance their services to be worldwide. This product became a 2.5 Million dollar operation in just 5 years, solidifying my expertise in business development and ability to help businesses increase their revenue.
