Gontram Architecture was established in 1998 to provide clients with a more flexible delivery of architectural services, emphasizing cost control, contract administration and design excellence. We provide services that meet schedules, and design projects within budget. We realize the client’s interests and make them our own. In the end, we provide a project of which everyone can be proud.

This may seem obvious, but Gontram Architecture keeps construction cost and how it can be minimized at the forefront of every project. We are experienced in all types of project delivery services, including the traditional design/bid/build. We often participate in the increasingly-popular design/build project delivery services with general contractors. In addition to being a licensed architect, Edmund J. Gontram III, AIA is a licensed general contractor and participates in construction projects through G5 Design-Build, LLC and Ten Penny Construction, Inc. We have the resources available to meet or exceed expectations. Simply put, we tailor our delivery approach to suit the client’s needs.
