Our work is anchored in Coaching - Life, Wellbeing, Leadership, Executive Coaching and Coaching for Inclusion. Our mission is to connect CSR projects & Responsible Businesses with not-for-profits, to partner in sustainable development, address inequalities, amplify impact and enable opportunities for social mobility, equality and inclusion of underserved Women and Youth. We offer Social Development Consulting, Training & Facilitation and Coaching services. Corporates drive economies & make profits. They have a role to play in accelerating sustainable development. The concept of CSR is not new but there is a need to disrupt it because: - CSR opportunities are often available to more visible and connected NGOs in their ecosystem, leaving behind many doing amazing work at a grassroots level. - NGOs may not have the bandwidth or awareness of their needs. Limited access to opportunities, leadership, skills and capacity-building add to their woes. We aim to bridge this gap and create a win-win for both parties. We have a strong network of diverse thematic and geographic not-for-profits making positive impact at a human, social, climate and environmental level across Southeast Asia. We offer the following services: 1. CSR and Employee Engagement projects with end-to-end consulting, project management and impact reporting. 2. Youth and Women Mental Health and Wellbeing programs through Life Coaching. Empowering Mindsets and Leadership Development Programs 3. Capacity-building for NGOs enabling growth & innovation, closing the development gaps through capacity building and leadership coaching. 4. Training Care-takers and Educators in the development sector as Life Coaches to amplify reach and impact of Coaching to empower future leaders- children, youth, women.
