Good Mourning

Good Mourning was founded in 2020 to address the growing need for relatable resources about grief. Our mission is to transform how society talks about grief by making it an accessible topic for all. We educate, support and bridge the gap between the personal and the professional, helping individuals and companies better equipped to deal with one of life's biggest challenges. Our aim is to empower and inspire through speaking, workshops, peer support, our podcast and our book, 'Good Mourning: Honest Conversations About Grief and Loss'. Society still struggles to support this universal human experience, which can be isolating and in some cases, lead to mental ill health. It doesn't have to be this way. With education, compassion, and resources we can empower people to be more grief-literate, and positively impact mental wellbeing.
