We marry our single source, fullblood Japanese Wagyu with the finest Jersey cattle, guaranteeing our product is at least 50% Wagyu with a uniquely delicious flavor profile. And we do it all responsibly. After a pleasant growing phase in California’s welcoming climate, we move our calves to the Midwest for careful finishing in a more controlled environment. For more than 500 days, they receive strictly vegetarian, mineral-rich nourishment. Throughout the lifecycle, we provide first-rate animal care, never using hormones, growth steroids or unnecessary antibiotics. All our calves are born and raised in the USA, and we are third-party verified for both natural and non-hormone treated cattle.
