Good Smoke BBQ was formed in 2006 in a bid to destroy the competition at Oinktoberfest in Clarence, NY. Well we didn’t exactly destroy the competition but we didn’t finish last either! What we did do was ignite a love affair with barbecue and the need to perfect every aspect of our cooking with the goal of becoming competitive on the professional barbecue circuit. In the intervening years we have been lucky enough to have many successes on the circuit and want to offer competition level food to our customers. Family owned by Rochester natives Brian and Kelly Wemett, with daughters Cloe and Kiya.
