Mother/baby and Mother/Child energy healing sessions and Couples Chakra Clearing & Connecting Sessions are most common. Virtual Therapeutic Coaching Session : This session is focused on guiding each client through self application of alternative therapies including: lymphatic massage, craniosacral points, myofascial release, & deep breathing. We will evaluate other factors including circadian rhythm enhancement, and self care habits & routines to support success. This session is a 1:1 virtual visit that is focused on helping each client attain lifestyle health goals with guidance and accountability.
