Fundamentally we want to work with people who’s work we love and believe in. We have an authentic approach in everything we do and that means that when we talk to people about our clients and are telling their stories, whether it’s through a pitch or social media, we have to know that we stand by what we are saying 100%. We want to work with nice people, people who are genuine and passionate about what they do. It’s also a huge perk to work with people and companies who are doing things the right way, either for the environment or the greater good of others, even if it’s in small ways. We have an organic and down-to-earth approach, i think it’s what people know us for. Very informal, but within that we strive for excellence and ultimately to do everything we can to get results for our clients. We believe very much in elevating our clients and in the importance of their individual stories. We have a very global vision. All of us have either lived overseas and/or travel extensively. We love design and architecture, and genuinely believe that good design (not expensive design) improves quality of life.
