前身-大慶證券於1988年成立，2003年成為上櫃公司，淨資產46.42億元。歷年來秉持「踏實穩健、正派經營」的經營理念，為客戶提供各種金融服務，除了證券交易，還包括投顧、承銷、自營、期貨、信用交易等業務。目前員工人數約350人，在全台灣共有13個營業據點，分佈於北區8處、中區3處、南區2處。
2020 年，公司推出第一個自產、自製、自銷的財富管理產品，至今客戶託付管理的金額超過 30 億元；財富管理規模從 0 到 30 億元，只是一小步。鎖定目標「未來三年，將是百億元級別的財富管理規模。」
2021年公司正式更名為「美好證券股份有限公司」，英文名稱為「Good Finance Securities Co., Ltd.」

Ta Ching Securities was founded in 1988 and became a listed company in 2003 with net assets of 4.6 billions, 350 strong staffers in 12 branches across Taiwan (8 in the northern region, 2 in the middle region and 2 in the southern region).
