GoodGut is a biotechnology company focused on researching and developing analysis systems and therapeutic products to improve the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases based on intestinal microbiota.
We aim to provide technological tools that will help to obtain a faster, more reliable and lower cost medical diagnosis than existing methods, alongside therapies to improve the quality of life of patients with compromised digestive health.
The company was created in 2014 as a spin-off of the University of Girona (UdG) and the Institute of Biomedical Research of Girona Dr. Josep Trueta (IdIBGi). Our facilities can be found in the Scientific and Technologic Park of the UdG, an innovation hub housing over 140 companies, research groups and institutions.
