Goodley McCarthy was formed to represent employees and help them recover the wages they are owed. The firm focuses on pursuing minimum wage and overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as recovering prevailing wages owed under the Davis-Bacon Act and similar state prevailing wage laws. Often, we work with labor unions to achieve these goals. The firm represents labor unions and plaintiffs around the country in class, collective, and individual wage actions.
