- Middle-market assets between $10 – $100 million, where ownership is fragmented and market inefficiencies present significant opportunities; and,
- Quality properties to be marketed to institutional owners at disposition.
Goodstone is managed by Stephen P. Durr, an investor with thirty-five years’ experience in commercial real estate. In the previous fifteen years he was responsible for procuring $800 million of debt and equity capital, and the purchase and/or disposition of 4.3 million square feet of office space.
