Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization that teaches public speaking, communication, and leadership skills through a worldwide network of 15,800+ clubs.
Goodyear Toastmasters (Club #4447) is a distinguished Toastmasters club, open to the public, in Etobicoke/Mississauga/Toronto area. Guests are always welcomed to drop by and participate in our meetings, where we host improv. speaking sessions, debates, discussions, speeches, and various workshops and evaluations to develop our communication and leadership skills.
Since 2004, Goodyear has been recognized with six (6) Select Distinguished Club Honors and eight (8) President's Distinguished Club Honors. We are also the home club of John Andrews, the Canadian Finalist in the 2017 World Public Speaking Championship.
Visit us on Thursday nights (6:45-8:45 PM) @ The Etobicoke Civic Centre. We have plenty of seats in our meeting rooms, and there is ample room for free visitor parking. Check out our links, website, and MeetUp for our upcoming meetings.
