Karen Gordon is a GTCI and EMCC certified team coach and an expert in coaching and training across industries. Originally from Ireland, Karen has lived in five countries before making her home in the Netherlands with her bilingual family. With a background in Management and HR, Karen draws from a wealth of experience in her coaching, training and consulting. She has coached and trained hundreds of clients from all five continents in diverse professions. Frank de Mol is an EMCC educated coach, trainer and consultant for global organisations and individuals. Frank is a Dutch native who spent most of his working life outside the Netherlands. His coaching, training and consulting experience supporting global organisations allows him to combine a wide range of knowledge and skills. Based in Amsterdam now, he continues to support individuals and teams from all over the world. Transformation does not happen over night. We offer tailor made coaching programmes over a period of time in order to maximise return on investment.
