The ideas was originally founded by Mohamad Al Mousawi in early 2018 and was introduced by late 2019, after a year of work alongside a full time job in an online hotel booking agency. Our founder and CEO Mohamad Al Mousawi believes that there is certainly a gap in the market consisting of a high-end designer brand that accommodates sport gear alongside fashion for both men and women. “I want to make and sell what I want for myself” After spending some time studying the market and working on several fashion-based projects, the establishment of Gorilla Rolls came to life in mid 2020, with a small budget but big ambitions. Mohamad is also one of the two founders of The Combat kids, a company that offers Brazilian Jiujitsu as an after school activity in private schools across Dubai and mainly in GEMS and Taaleem In addition to making great sport tapes, we set fashion trends and manufacture exclusive apparel that differentiates us from all other lifestyle/Sport brands. To celebrate our Jiu Jitsu roots, we have added Mat solutions as a product that we are truly proud of and which makes us even more unique. When it comes to fashion, we are simply providing a well fitted, high quality apparels that stands out aesthetically and serves our customers functionally. Gorilla Rolls isn’t just a regular brand… We design, we manufacture, and we retail fashion and lifestyle apparel. Most importantly, we produce our own sports tapes designed to support, prevent and protect you. Additionally, we engineer and design our own sports Mats that are an all-purpose fit. “Quality, Fitting, Design” Words that drive the creation of all of our products. Every Gorilla Rolls product is made through understanding the athletes needs as well as the casual consumer. Our mission is to supply the market with options and availability when it comes to home or gym mats solutions locally and internationally in addition to our sport products and fashion.
