For more than 30 years, Gorman & Co (“GCRE”) and its affiliates have been engaged in the land acquisition and successful ground up development of more than 3 million square feet of office, retail and mixed-use properties throughout the region with an aggregate value of more than $450 million. Together the team at GCRE has cultivated lasting relationships with our professionals in engineering, architecture and construction to create dynamic real estate that has a positive impact on the communities they serve. In 2013, GCRE began investing in and developing self-storage properties in select in-fill markets in suburban Philadelphia. We have since acquired or developed more than 1 million sf of self-storage in PA, NJ and MD. GCRE has executed numerous value-add projects by pursuing off-market opportunities, recognizing means to create value, and improving operations to maximize revenue.
