About Us:
Gourmet Dole is a Sydney-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals from marginalized communities access the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to prepare healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals – all while on a tight budget. We believe that everyone, regardless of their financial situation, deserves to eat well and have access to nourishing food.
Through workshops, cooking classes, and practical resources, we teach essential cooking skills, meal planning, and budgeting tips that empower people to eat healthily, reduce food waste, and make the most of every dollar. We work with those experiencing homelessness, low-income families, and unemployed individuals, fostering a sense of community and well-being through food.
