GoVA Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit serving the military community with free financial education for service members, Veterans, and spouses. We provide banks with opportunities for CRA consideration through our programs, which focus on financial education for the LMI (Lower-Moderate Income) members of the military community.
The GoVA Foundation provides scholarships to "The Edge," a digital membership platform powered by GoVA Inc., which includes hundreds of articles, videos, interactive courses, and tools on a broad range of financial topics. The goal is to empower the military community with high-quality, certified financial education in a neutral environment (GoVA is not a financial institution.)
All donations to the GoVA Foundation go directly into scholarships for military members to access the educational resources on The Edge. Banks are encouraged to sponsor scholarships through the GoVA Foundation to earn CRA consideration for the LMI members within their area of evaluation.
