Govtech LLC (Armenia)

We are a newly established company specializing in GovTech solutions. Our founder and team possess a strong background in government IT, with extensive experience in implementing major e-government projects. Over the past six years at EKENG, the e-Governance Agency of Armenia, we contributed to key infrastructure initiatives, including: - Government Interoperability Platform - Digital signature and identity systems - e-request.am (Unified portal for online requests) - e-citizen.am (Personal data and documents portal) - services.e-gov.am (Online public services portal) While this experience predates Govtech LLC, it reflects our deep understanding of Armenian government operations, values, and challenges. Our team also has extensive experience working with both Armenian state entities and international organizations, in roles as both supplier and beneficiary. Key successes include: - Cross-border digital signature implementation (EaP countries, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland) - Cross-border e-ID technical piloting on e-request.am (Georgia, Moldova, Estonia).
