Impact isn’t easy. Those working in emotionally-demanding settings like researchers, humanitarians, or social workers face significant mental health challenges. Symptoms including anxiety, depression, burnout, and trauma are increasingly common. Certain populations—including female, Black, and LGBTQIA+ communities—lack support and may be at greater risk of poor wellbeing outcomes. That’s where we come in. BeDo provides continuing education and holistic wellbeing resources for impact-driven individuals working at home or abroad. Learn about wellness strategies from people who have been there, done that. We convene industry experts to share relevant insights and evidence-based practices through bespoke trainings and workshops.
