Since setting up in mid 2010 in the heart of the recession, Goya Developments have become one of the most active developers of speculative warehouse space in the UK, and target building the best specified developments, in the most prime industrial and commercial areas, which also harness the most effective technologies to embrace the latest energy reducing directives. This has lead to us developing circa £1 billion of new warehouse space, of which 95% has been on a speculative basis, where we have been fortunate so far in that all of it has been highly successful..
