GPC Gibraltar

GPC Gibraltar comprises a group of Gibraltar-registered financial services companies, including two life companies—London & Colonial Assurance PCC Plc (‘LCA’) and STM Life Assurance PCC Plc (‘STM Life’)—as well as the STM Fidecs Group of Companies, which provide pension trustee and administration services. Together, these entities offer specialist solutions in life assurance, pension structuring, and international wealth planning. Previously part of STM Group Plc, these companies became part of the Global Pension Corporation following the acquisition of STM Group by Jambo SRC Limited in October 2024. This transition marks the evolution of the Group into the Global Pension Corporation (GPC), reflecting its strategic focus on cross-border financial solutions tailored to the needs of individuals, advisers, and institutions. With a strong regulatory foundation in Gibraltar and operations across the UK, Malta, and Australia, GPC Gibraltar plays a key role in the Group’s mission to support retirement, estate, and wealth structuring objectives for a global client base.
