As Energy Resource Managers, our mission is to:
- Facilitate and build localized stakeholders for a unique and valuable opportunity to engage private and tribal land partners as local and familiar land agents across the entire Western US.
- Interface with landowners, in both one-on-one and group settings, to de-escalate complex concerns about our projects and negotiate mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Lead and execute within the real estate and title function, providing oversight and management of organic land acquisition activities.
- Coordinate with the project development team to allocate in-house and 3rd party resources to regional prospecting initiatives as well as active projects.
- Build and manage a scalable process for title and curative work on parcels for lease or purchase.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the land acquisition function and drive continuous improvement in the efficacy of landowner outreach, execution, and other efforts as assigned to keep pace with the buildout of a multi-GW pipeline of wind, solar and storage projects.
- Manage external partners and, over time, grow with project as point of contact for stakeholders and as the energy resource manager.
