If we need more info we will follow up with clarification questions. Screenshots of all the steps taken attached to the ticket assuring the choices and answers were right. When done you are notified. We did it wrong? We will re-do it! You've got a parking ticket! Angry? Frustrated? Yes, but not too bothered. Take a photo of the ticket (both sides, as the payment instructions are usually at the back) and send to our chatbot via Facebook messenger (or Slack, or X, or other platform you use. We'll raise a task, check if the fee is within the budget you've allocated and process the payment. Receipt attached, you are notified, done!
