Founded by Ryan Grace in 2025, after more than a decade leading major campaigns at a global agency, Grace Commercial was created to offer a sharper, more agile and values-led alternative for both landlords and occupiers. We work closely with building owners, investors and tenants to deliver smart, effective leasing solutions, whether it's a full-building repositioning or an occupier looking for their next space.
