HHCP’s CASE Division provides Construction Analysis, Support, and Evaluation to attorneys, owners, design professionals, contractors, risk insurers and sureties that are engaged in dispute resolution efforts. Our forensic experts assist in presenting facts and opinions on key issues of a dispute in a graphically orchestrated and effective manner. The Hallmark of CASE is the ability to develop a complete, coordinated and systematic presentation of historical events, technical issues and legal aspects that can be seen, understood and agreed with. Our Team also provides other technical support services such as: Peer Reviews, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Reviews, On-Site Investigations, and Property Condition Assessments.
