Grad School Buddy is an unconventional guide that answers all your nagging questions about the graduate school experience. Our digital collection of graduate school resources is community-centered. We understand that our people connect to information in different ways. Therefore we have designed our resources in 3 formats: a podcast, a newsletter, and social media content. See the descriptions below to know which might apply to you. Podcast: Listen to stories of people from different nationalities as they share their experiences with the grad school process. Content spans from pre-application to post-graduation. Newsletter: This dynamic graduate school newsletter provides a range of contents: from job and school application tips to tips on love, travel, and graduate school financing. Social Media: Need simple grad school info on the go? The IG page is designed to keep current and prospective graduate students company as they transit through their city or have a lazy day at home. GSB’s treasure is its people - guests from around the world, with different experiences at different phases of their lives, who share their experiences with us. People who work behind the scene to curate resources and opportunities and readers and listeners who find our work and interact with it. Our conversations start from the beginning when one is unsure of which path to follow or what country to explore. We discuss the application procedures, housing, love, family, mental health, food, problem sets, religion, sexuality, student insurance, etc. We understand that succeeding in graduate school requires support, love, and care. Therefore, we thought to create a warm space for this community. We take pride in our community and consistently work to improve our library of resources.
