Grade Solutions was founded in 2015 to service the high demand for earth retention throughout the Pacific Northwest, focusing on design-build projects. Grade Solutions provides a broad range of efficient solutions by utilizing proprietary access to our nationally proven Segmental Retaining Wall (SRW) system, and design software. Grade Solutions’ focus is to provide an efficient, one stop solutions for common or challenging change of grade requirements in cuts and fills.
Our team is comprised of Tyler Gillis who has been involved in site remediation, earth retention estimating, and value engineering for over 30 years. Jim Hammer brings with him a lifetime of knowledge and industry experience in product design, manufacturing, and business management.
Cory Bales brings 25 years of SRW wall installation, estimating, and on-site management expertise. Engineering services are provided in-house, by Robert Race, PE, an internationally recognized engineer.
