Gradiant Bioconvergence (GBCC) is a pioneer in the development of patient-derived cancer organoids (PDOs) on a global scale. We have established Asia’s largest PDO repository, comprising over 800 models from patients with lung, gastric, colorectal, pancreatic, and ovarian cancers, all characterized using next-generation sequencing. In parallel, we are advancing co-culture systems that integrate autologous immune cells and cancer-associated fibroblasts with our PDOs.
Leveraging our comprehensive genomic, transcriptomic and drug response datasets, we are identifying and validating novel drug-resistant oncology targets through our AI-driven discovery engine and CRISPR-enabled PDO platform.
Beyond oncology, GBCC is also developing brain organoids from human iPSCs to support drug evaluation, disease modeling and regenerative medicine applications.
