Grads2Work Careers is a purpose-driven non-profit organisation that connects psychology and social science graduates with career opportunities. We exist to bridge the gap between education and employment by creating spaces where young professionals can gain exposure, connect with purpose-driven leaders, and engage in impactful career conversations. Our flagship initiative: Grads2Work Careers Expo is our core focus. An annual event designed to help psychology and social science graduates transition from education to employment. Our Expo offers: 1. Networking with organisations and industry leaders 2. Keynote sessions on career journeys and industry insights 3. Panel discussions focused on graduate employability 4. Exposure to career paths, skills in demand, entry-level, internships, graduate programs, mentorship and volunteering opportunities While our roots are in the mental health and psychology sector, our long-term vision is to expand across various disciplines, building an inclusive platform that fosters graduate employability, innovation, and leadership.
