Graduate implements different projects in graduate recruitment sphere: attraction and selection of students and graduates, organization of events for young specialists, HR branding at graduate labour market, analytics, market or internal research, HR web-projects, etc.

Together with our colleagues from other departments of KMS Group we offer full range of graduate recruitment services, from developing graduate programs to fully implementing them.
The «Analytics and researches» department of Graduate conducts researches and the analysis of graduate labour market and of intra-corporate questions of work with young specialists. This department realizes the consulting and research projects aimed at the solving of specific target of the client, and also provides own regular researches of a labour market.
