Graduation Interpreters

Tony Evans and Jo Sutherland are both experienced sign language interpreters (and Members of the Register of Sign Language Interpreters) and specialise in Graduation ceremonies nationwide. Our service aims to ensure the following benefits: · no disruption to student academic timetables by removing internal interpreting staff · assurance that there will be two experienced interpreters for the duration of the event with only one organisation for you to deal with · professional personnel accustomed to formal occasions · flexible and friendly service · advice offered on access issues for deaf and hard of hearing graduands and guests We are aware that interpreters are in short supply and we are confident that our service solves a dilemma for universities who need to continue to offer academic support but who also wish the culmination of student and staff effort to be seen as inclusive to graduands as well as their families.
