Since starting the business in 2018, we have specialised in the delivery of challenging projects across all areas of the country. Our services have been employed on range of projects from High Rise mixed use developments to Luxury housing. We have assisted existing project teams by the introduction of Management, Planning & Commercial resources via our Network of specialists. We can also offer our services working client side in an advisory role monitoring progress and preparing reports The changes that have occurred in the Industry over recent years have created a situation where both programme periods and cost of construction have been driven down, resulting in the delivery of Projects becoming more and more difficult. It is in these situations where we can most help by introducing skill sets developed over many years as construction professionals. The services we provide range from being integrated full time into an existing site team or simply as a mentoring role with Project leaders with the target every time being a planned & structured route to the completion of Projects.
