Small classes for the breadmaking enthusiast, home-brewers, beer geeks and rookie bakers. At the end of the brewer’s day we will use their fresh spent grain and work it into a stunning boule bread. High in protein, high in fiber and low in carbs, this showstopper of a bread can be achieved by even the most inexperienced bakers.
If the brewery is your happy place then this is the class for you. Small classes, multiple breaks and a casual experience allow guests to unwind after a long day and take in the brewery experience. Guests leave with extra grain to bake more breads and a rising loaf in the first rise cycle that will be ready to pop in the oven when you get home.
Class includes bread and butter sampling, recipes and extra grain to take home!
Private Classes and Corporate classes are available for groups of 20 - 48 students.
